What happens when I buy a ticket online?
You will be emailed an 8 digit booking reference on receipt of payment – please print this email and present it on arrival.
How do I use my e-tickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. On arrival at our museums and attractions, go to the entrance and use any of the following options to gain entry:
- Mobile: Present the booking reference / booking email via your mobile phone to gain entry OR
- Print: Print email and present to gain entry
Are tickets refundable if I can’t attend?
Once booked, tickets to our museums and attractions are non-refundable.
What security is in place for purchasing tickets online?
The ticketing system is stored on a secure server and all transactions taking place use encrypted data to ensure that your details are safe when making a purchase online.
Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?
You can purchase a ticket on arrival at our museums and attractions.
